Rolling Meadows Housing Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit assisting young adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities in finding supported housing solutions as they transition to adulthood.

Develop strategies and coordinate efforts to secure housing opportunities for young adults.

Increase awareness of the challenges and opportunities facing young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Assist in the transition to adulthood through teaching independent living skills.  

Plan for a future housing unit in New York in a supported living community.

Organize social events for young adults to meet and form friendships, connections and networking.
